All vests are made from a neoprene material for comfort and the weight is provided by iron sand that is sealed into the unit to ensure no internal movement of weight. Adjustable straps clip at the front to keep vest in place when working out. The 8 and the 10 kilo vests are a larger size and would fit bigger, broader figures and they have two front straps for securing the vest to the body.
